In design. Early-access invites expected in the coming months.

✦ Roadmap

What we're building.

  • Tax-compliant invoices

Generate a proper GST invoice with seller GSTIN, buyer details, HSN/SAC codes, taxable value and CGST/SGST/IGST splits.

  • Tax auto-calculated

Pick the rate per item (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%). The invoice math is done for you, no Excel.

  • GSTR-ready exports

Export your monthly sales in a format your CA can drop straight into GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B filings.

  • Mobile-first

Built to issue an invoice in 30 seconds at the counter — not 5 minutes in a desktop Excel.

  • Audit-friendly archive

Every invoice is stored, searchable, and immutable. Auditors can pull a clean trail anytime.

  • Works with khata + payroll

Same business, one app — your khata receivables, employee salary, and GST invoices all in one view.

FAQ

GST billing — common questions

Is GST billing available now?

Not yet — it’s in design. We didn’t want to claim GST capability without genuinely shipping it. Join the waitlist to be notified the day it’s live.

What size of business is this for?

Small businesses with under ₹5 Cr annual turnover — the segment that needs simple, phone-based GST invoicing without an enterprise ERP. Larger businesses with complex tax flows should use a full ERP.

Will it support e-invoicing?

If you cross the e-invoicing threshold, our roadmap includes IRN generation through the GSTN portal. First release will focus on standard B2B and B2C invoices.

Will it support multi-state and IGST?

Yes — interstate transactions and IGST calculation are core to the first release, since most shopkeepers we’ve talked to need them for occasional online orders.

Can I use this without a GST number?

If you’re not GST-registered, you don’t issue GST invoices — you issue a regular bill of supply. We’ll support both: GST invoices (registered) and plain bills (unregistered).

What about my CA?

Built with CAs in mind. Monthly exports will be in the exact format CAs need for GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B — no rework, no copy-paste. You can also give your CA read-only access.

What should I use today?

If you need GST invoicing right now, look at Vyapar, myBillBook, or Tally for desktop. For employee management, attendance and payroll, Arth Saathi already ships — see /employee-management-software.
